Another Biden Administration Resignation: Is This The Beginning Of The End?

Wow, another Biden Administration resignation! The commissioner of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Chris Magnus, has stepped down from his position.

According to conservativebrief.com, reports suggest that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and others forced him out and attempted to blame him for many of the failures at the southern border.

In his resignation letter, Magnus said he was resigning “immediately” and thanked the President for the opportunity to serve. He also took the time to slam the Biden Administration, stating that he plans to join the Policing Project, a nonprofit at NYU’s School of Law that focuses on reforming police departments across the country.

It’s not just Magnus who is speaking out against the Biden Administration’s handling of the southern border crisis, Texas Republican Rep. Pat Fallon has even gone as far as filing articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. According to Fox News, Fallon has accused Mayorkas of “high crimes and misdemeanors” and has referred the articles to the House Judiciary Committee.

It’s clear that there are serious issues within the Biden Administration’s handling of the southern border crisis, and it’s not just conservatives speaking out against it. Former officials within the Administration are also raising red flags and speaking out against the lack of transparency and accountability.
