Hey, high schoolers! Are you ready for a new adventure? Get ready to join President Joe Biden on his national tour to tout his economic agenda!
That’s right, Biden is hitting the road to highlight the impact of his major legislative accomplishments, and he’s bringing along Vice President Kamala Harris, First Lady Jill Biden, and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff.
They’ll be visiting over 20 states, including Arkansas, California, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Texas, and more.
Biden officials will speak about how federal dollars are being spent to boost businesses, create jobs, and make infrastructure improvements aligned with the president’s clean energy agenda. But here’s the catch, folks.
Biden’s approval rating has sunk to nearly its lowest point ever in March, and the U.S. economy is facing setbacks amid bank collapses and fears of a looming recession.
So, what’s the solution? Biden wants to double down on his economic agenda and convince hardworking families that his policies are the right way forward.
The White House will make the case that Biden has presided over the strongest job growth in history, but that’s not the whole story.
Republicans in Congress are looking to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act and slash funding for manufacturing, research, and innovation. That means fewer jobs and fewer opportunities for Americans.
We need a president who will work to create an environment where businesses can thrive and create jobs for hardworking Americans.
Unfortunately, that’s not what we’re seeing with Biden’s policies. We need to take a hard look at what’s going on and demand better from our elected officials.
So, 12th graders, pay attention! Biden’s “Investment in America” tour might sound like a good idea, but it’s just a way to distract from his failing economic policies.
Don’t fall for it! We need a president who can create real change, not just empty promises.
