Biden Administration SUED: White House Gone ‘Migrant’ Wild

The Biden Administration is creating a migrant mess.

FoxNews.com just reported that a coalition of 20 states and a top conservative legal group is suing the Biden administration over its recently-expanded humanitarian parole program that allows tens of thousands of migrants from designated countries a month into the U.S.

The lawsuit, filed by Texas and America First Legal in the Southern District of Texas, is joined by 19 additional states who are seeking to block the Biden administration’s parole program which allow up to 30,000 migrants from Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba and Venezuela into the U.S. each month.

Now, as a conservative, I believe in the rule of law. And it’s clear that this program is not only unlawful, but it’s also a threat to the safety and security of our country.

The Biden administration’s decision to expand this program is not only a violation of our immigration laws, but it also puts a strain on our resources and on the states that have to deal with the influx of migrants.

The fact is, we have seen a surge in illegal immigration at the border, and this program is only going to make it worse. We can’t just open our doors to everyone and expect things to be okay. It’s important that we have a system in place that is fair and that prioritizes the safety of American citizens.

This program also fails to meet the standard of “case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit” which is set by Congress. It’s clear that this program is not only illegal, but it’s also not in the best interest of our country.

It’s disappointing to see the Biden Administration making these kinds of decisions without consulting with the states and without going through the proper legal channels. It’s time for the administration to start putting the safety and security of our country first, and to start following the rule of law.

This lawsuit is a step in the right direction and I hope it will bring about the necessary changes to protect our country.

As always, it is important to keep in mind that we are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws.

It’s important that we have a fair and just immigration system that prioritizes the safety and security of our country and its citizens.
