The story of Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’s alleged lie on the House floor is yet another example of the left’s disregard for the truth.
It’s no surprise that this Democratic congresswoman would be caught spreading false information, as she has a long history of doing so. But what is truly disturbing is how easily she gets away with it.
The incident involving Libs of TikTok creator Chaya Raichik is just the latest example of how the left will stop at nothing to push their agenda, even if it means lying and deceiving the public.
Raichik’s videos clearly showed that Boston Children’s Hospital was offering gender-affirming hysterectomies to young girls, yet Ocasio-Cortez claimed that she was lying. This is a clear case of gaslighting, and it’s something that Democrats have become experts at.
It’s not just Ocasio-Cortez who is guilty of this kind of behavior, either. Democrats as a whole seem to have no problem lying to the public in order to push their agenda. We’ve seen this with the Russia hoax, the impeachment of President Trump, and countless other examples.
The left’s disregard for the truth is truly disturbing, and it’s something that every American should be concerned about. We cannot allow our politicians to get away with lying to us, regardless of what side of the aisle they’re on. It’s time for us to demand better from our elected officials and to hold them accountable when they lie to us.
